my son found a pair of BMW mp3 sunglasses (he really did find them! they are not stolen, unless whoever lost them stole them) is there any way to charge them up without the charger?

ok my mps playing sunglasses will not work. i plugged them in and the the computer dos not even make that sound when you plug a usb in.i went to my computer and it showed that nothing was plugged in.it was a wile ago that i got then so i can not take then back!!! [...]
